Over Erna van Lingen

Who I am: over 20 years I focus on change processes as trainer/coach. I am a certified Co-Active coach and I recently completed the "Instrument for Help" Postacademic Bachelor @ITIP. My background lays in topsport in which I worked over 30 years as club head coach, assistant- and national team coach in Synchronized Swimming. The knowledge and experience of both worlds I combine by which I developed a specific way of reaching others. I am practical, facilitating and positive.
